Building the Brand and Product

Scope & Execution

I led the end-to-end brand, website, and app experience for Metabolik Health, with a clear focus on acquisition, activation, and long-term retention. The goal was to design a system that converted interest into commitment and commitment into sustained engagement.


I refined the positioning around personalized diagnostics and data-driven care, shifting messaging away from generic wellness language toward precision, credibility, and measurable outcomes. We structured the website around a clear funnel: problem awareness → authority building → proof → action. Landing flows were simplified, value propositions clarified above the fold, and friction reduced at key decision points to improve consultation bookings and program sign-ups.


Within the app, the challenge was activation and adherence. Complex lab data and metabolic markers were translated into clear, prioritized insights and structured next steps. I designed progress tracking systems, care plan views, and provider communication flows that reduced cognitive overload and increased engagement. Information hierarchy, visual emphasis, and behavioral nudges were intentionally crafted to improve follow-through on care plans.

Results

The outcome was a cohesive acquisition-to-retention ecosystem across brand, website, and product.
